UvoWell is a telehealth platform focused on preventive wellness, longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and physician-guided treatment programs.

UvoWell does not practice medicine or pharmacy.

Instead, UvoWell provides technology and administrative services that allow patients to connect with independent licensed healthcare providers. When medically appropriate, prescriptions are issued by those providers and fulfilled by licensed pharmacies.

Healthcare providers exercise independent medical judgment in determining whether treatment is appropriate. No medication, prescription, laboratory order, diagnosis, or treatment is guaranteed.

UvoWell utilizes telehealth technology powered by OpenLoop Health.

Patients will be directed to the applicable Telehealth Consent prior to receiving care.

UvoWell currently offers services in all 50 states and Washington D.C.

Some products, treatments, healthcare providers, laboratory services, and pharmacy fulfillment options may not be available in every state. Availability is subject to change at any time without notice.

8. Pharmacy Partners

Prescriptions issued through participating healthcare providers may be fulfilled by one or more licensed pharmacy partners.

9. Prescriptions

Neither UvoWell nor UVO, LLC guarantees a prescription, a specific medication, a refill, dosage, or continuation of therapy.

10. Laboratory Testing

11. Memberships & Subscription Services
